Vegetables and Herbs

Our roots are in vegetable gardening, and we are proud to be able to continue a farm-to-table tradition. Vegetable and herb gardening is a great way to provide healthy, homegrown fruits and vegetables to your family. If you are looking to start or expand your vegetable or herb garden, we have the plants and knowledge to help you succeed. For large gardens we offer flats of vegetable and herb plants; for patio gardens we grow compact varieties of tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, and more.

We know that what you put in your body is important. At Badding Farm we grow our edibles using environmentally sound practices; our herbs, vegetables, and fruit plants are never treated with chemical pesticides or fungicides. Feel good about what you grow; feel good about what you eat!

PW 'Amazel Basil'
The name of this plant says it all. Proven Winners has made growing basil easy and rewarding by breeding the first disease resistant Italian Sweet Basil. Since it is sterile, this vigorous plant produces large aromatic leaves all season long, even after flower initiation, while also resisting the dreadful Downy Mildew.
