Family Owned & Operated for 40 Years
Badding Farm Market and Garden Center is a family owned and operated garden center and farm market in East Amherst, NY. The Baddings have been growing quality produce and plants for the north-Buffalo community for 40 years. Badding Farm Market has not always been the business you see today. Arlene Badding began selling extra crops from her vegetable garden in the 1970s to provide fresh produce to her eight children and the surrounding community. What began as a simple hobby and college tuition financing quickly became a growing career passion for Arlene's son, Mike Badding. Through hard-work and long hours, the Baddings have seen the business flourish and reach more of the community.
From roadside farm stand to full-scale garden center, customer service has always come first. Badding Farm continually strives to provide customers with new and unique plants, fresh and sustainable produce, and most importantly, a relaxed and friendly market to visit. Despite expanding over the years, the majority of the annuals and perennials are grown right on site by the Badding family. The garden center sells a full line of annuals and perennials, as well as gardening supplies, pottery, fountains, and statues. In summer and fall the market is full of in-season, homegrown, vegetables and fruit. Fall is a great time at Badding farm, full of pumpkins, mums, popcorn, and cider. At Christmas the greenhouse is filled with fresh-cut Christmas trees, handmade wreaths, poinsettias, and beautiful centerpieces.
Each season, May through December, brings a new reason to visit. Stop in today to meet the third-generation owners, Mike & Anna Badding, and their family!
